Ordering & Payment
Orders can be made by email, fax or phone. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or check. All orders will be charged at the time of shipment. If we do not have your credit card on file, we will call on the day of shipment. Net 30 terms may be offered for retailers with an established relationship with Paper Epiphanies and a credit sheet. 

Product Specifics

  • All letterpress cards and art prints are printed on 100% tree-free luxe cotton paper. Made in the U.S.A.
  • All pen-friendly foil cards are printed on FSC® certified recycled papers.  Made in the U.S.A.

Turnaround & Shipping
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Shipping times will vary based on volume and availability. Please contact us for specific lead times. All orders ship via UPS or USPS and costs are charged at the time of shipment. We try our best to ship everything in one box, but occasionally additional boxes are necessary. Please contact us if you have time-sensitive shipping terms, or if you have a FedEx or UPS account number that you would like us to use. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of retailers. Orders ship from Portland, Oregon. 

IF ORDERING ONLINE: Please select the WHOLESALE option of $17.95. If your shipping total is less, you will be refunded the difference in payment. If it is higher than $17.95, we will call prior to shipping for additional payment. If you are placing an order with a delayed ship date, please indicate that when prompted at cart checkout.

Display & Packaging
All Paper Epiphanies© products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold individually. All of our items arrive retail ready. Individual cards are packaged in a high quality clear cello sleeve and greeting card sets come packaged in a clear box. Notepads and perfect bound journals are individually shrink-wrapped. Mugs ship in a protective shipper box. 

Cancellations, Returns & Backorders
All cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing your order. Returns are only accepted if defective items are received. Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. We do not accept returns on any unsold seasonal or everyday merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging. From time to time, we may sell out of a product. Unless otherwise indicated, we will cancel the backordered items and ship the remaining product. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred.

Our minimum opening order is $150. Reorder minimum is $90.
