Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: Paper Epiphanies orders are processed ASAP – usually within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. If you place your order during a sale, we ask for a little extra time to get your goods ready. Please email us if you have any questions about your order or need your shipment to arrive by a specific time. 

Once your order has been processed, your chosen shipping method will indicate how many days it will take for the package to arrive on your doorstep. For orders containing 15 or more of one specific product, there may be a delay in order fulfillment. If this should be the case, we will get in touch with you immediately. 

An email confirmation will be sent to you after your product has shipped.

Q: Do you do rush shipping?

A: Of course! Paper Epiphanies is more than happy to hustle on your behalf – assuming your item is in stock! Please contact us ASAP at hello[at]paperepiphanies.com if your order is time sensitive. Also, please triple check that you have selected expedited shipping upon checkout. 

Q: Drink of choice?

A: Anything an old man would drink. Mostly Bourbon and Whiskey.

Q: Can I purchase your products in a brick and mortar store?

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: If your mailman gets hammered and smashes your shit – we’ve got you covered! In other words, if you have received defective or damaged merchandise, we will gladly return your items within 10 days of you receiving the product. We ask that you contact us if there is damage and please snap a photo of it.  

Please note - each letterpress item will vary due to the nature of the handmade process, but that is what makes it beautiful. The ink impression and color on the pieces you receive may differ slightly from the pictures you see on your computer, tablet or phone. 

Q: Do you accept International orders?

A: Yep, we’re global! Paper Epiphanies does offer International shipping, but please understand that International shipping can be very pricey. Like, rulll pricey. Paper Epiphanies is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on International shipments. These fees or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to your order. Please allow 2 weeks (minimum) for International shipments to arrive.

Q: Do you have any pets?

A: Yes, my husband. And recently -  a newly adopted Corgi named Twinkie!


Q: Why is letterpress so damn pricey?


A: Letterpress is a like a ninja art. For real. It requires a skilled technique and everything is created by hand. The press registration and ink mixing is all done by hand and every card is printed individually one color at a time. We’re tired just talking about it. Also, we source the best materials to bring you a gorgeous, luxe, and environmentally friendly product. Basically, you get what you pay for…and this shit is good!

Q: How long does custom letterpress take to create?


A: Custom letterpress can take anywhere from a minimum of 3 weeks to over two months to create, print and ship. Stationery orders generally take about 3 weeks, while custom wedding invitations take a minimum of 6 weeks and usually have a timeline closer to 8-10 weeks. Custom details such as calligraphy, envelope liners and edge painting will add to this time line.

Q: Can I rush my custom letterpress order?


A: If you're in a hurry, custom letterpress rush requests can be accommodated for a 40% up-charge and a time frame must be agreed upon before an order is placed. Basically – we can make it happen but it is gonna be hella more expensive then just planning ahead!
